RemoveFromTemplateGroup([in] long TemplateGroupID, [in] BSTR Identifier, [out,retval] long* rt)
The function is called when a templategroup containing a given plugin is being deleted.
Parameters

The ID of the template group being deleted. |

The identifier of the plugin. |

Not used in current version of composite-tm)
Remarks
The plugin called must delete all state that it contains on the Template group level
