IncludeIntoTemplateGroup([in] long TemplateGroupID, [in] BSTR Identifier, [out, retval] long *rt)
Called when the user includes a plugin into a template group.
Parameters

The ID of the Template group newly created. |

The Identifier of the plugin, as chosen by the creating user. |
Return Value
Not used in current version of composite-tm)
Remarks
When this function is called the plugin must update the state it contains for Template group scope in a consistent storage.
