ICPTemplateGroup::EditTemplateGroupSettings

EditTemplateGroupSettings([in] long TemplateGroupID, [in] BSTR Identifier )

This function is called when the user has finished editing a Template group and has asked for the system to save it. The plugin must save the changes made by the user in the consistent store and also forego any previously stored information with the same identity.
