ICPDocumentRender
This interface is depricated from version 1.5 - use ICPDocumentRender2
This interface will still be supported by newer versions of Composite, but ICPDocumentRender2 is much simpler to implement and allows plug-ins that do not need access to the ASP intrinsic objects to ignore the Object Context.
