Being part of the globally unique identifier for the node [ TYPE, UNIQUEID ] this parameter is delivered to all ICPConfigure functions that require knowledge about a specific node.

UNIQUEID can be any value, numeric og character, and is only used by Composite when calling a ICPConfigure function about a specific node.
