If the HASCHILDREN parameter is set to TRUE, Composite will allow the user to open the node (thereby contacting the plugin to require a list of the nodes children).

The value TRUE must be in uppercase. If this value is omitted or any other value is stated Composite will not offer the user the oprion to open the node.
