ICPConfigure::Update

Update( [in] BSTR strType, [in] BSTR strUniqueID, [out, retval] BSTR* bstr)

This function is called when a given node must be updated

Inputs:
strType - The identifier of the node being edited
strUniqueID - The Unique id of the node being edited
    
Return value
A BSTR with message on whether the update was successful
