ICPConfigure::GetAddFormForTab

GetAddFormForTab( [in] BSTR strParentType, [in] BSTR strParentUniqueID, [in] BSTR strTabName, [out, retval] IcolFormElements **pFormElements )

This function is called when the plugin must provide content information for the specified Content tab

Inputs:
strParentType - The node identifier of the parent to the node being formulated
strParentUniqueID - The Unique id of the parent to the node being formulated
strTabName - The Name of the Tab being Queried
